Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Window:
   • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
   • After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.
2. Cancellation Process:
   • To cancel an order, please email us at orders@anandpic.com with your order details.
   • We will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund process.

Refunds

1. Eligibility:
   • Refunds are applicable only if you cancel your order within the specified window.
   • Customized or personalized items are exempt from refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refund Process:
   • Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the order.
3. Partial Refunds:
   • If your order has already entered production, a partial refund may apply based on the work completed.
